Trevor Cuss is a Chartered Accountant holding degrees in Commerce and Accountancy, with over 30 years’ experience in accounting, advisory, and audit across SMEs, listed groups in Australia and South Africa, aviation, hospitality, and not-for-profits. He possesses advanced hospitality qualifications, including WSET levels 2 and 3 (Wine and Spirits), the Cape Wine Academy Diploma, and the KWV Advanced Diploma in International Wines. Trevor’s hands-on experience in events and catering began during university, giving him unique operational insight. He started his career at Ernst & Young in Johannesburg, working on audits for mining, banking, FMCG, energy, and resource industries. Prior to joining Lattice consultancy, Trevor was a corporate finance partner at a national firm in Brisbane and previously led Equity Markets practices at Ernst & Young Southern Africa and Deloitte Southern Africa. Notably, Trevor helped establish the Alt-X secondary board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, serving as a full-time advisory member from its inception in 2003 until his emigration in 2007. He has nine years’ Big 4 audit experience and two decades of advisory and assurance work, particularly within hospitality, catering, F&B, and non-profit sectors.

Capital raise, forecasts, and IPO for O’Hagans Limited, later sold to Famous Brands.
